Léon: Libya is Running Out of Time

               

SIS says its goal is to form a caliphate across Syria and Iraq. But, the militant group is also making inroads in places like Libya where an all-out civil war between warring factions has provided fertile ground for extremist groups to flourish.
Becky spoke to the UN's Special Envoy to Libya, Bernadino Léon, to find out what the international community can do to tackle the crisis in the country.
